Becoming Your Best Self

When people think about what it means to be their best selves, they might think about having lots of money, material possessions, or having the perfect husband or wife. But none of those things actually have anything to do with you. Becoming your best self is about health and happiness, raising your vibrations. And when you do this, you are more likely to manifest those things anyway. But being your best self should not be related to any attachment outside of yourself, whether it's a person or an object. Being your best self should always be about you. It should be about your emotional vibrational frequency or your vibes. This is just a combination of how you think, feel, and act. That is what determines what frequency you are vibrating on.

Everything in the universe has a vibration. Even things that look solid are actually vibrating at different levels. We're just not capable of seeing these vibrations with our eyes, so everything appears to be fixed, as though it is not moving. Even beings such as ourselves are constantly vibrating. We are made up of different energy levels - physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. Each energy level has a vibrational frequency, which combines to create your overall vibration. If you have low vibration, it will be evident by what you have manifested in your life. You might not have much money. Or you might have poor health. You might feel really sad. You might be surrounded by lots of negative people. If you have a high vibration, you are in your flow state. You are in your zone. You are hopeful and confident about the future. You have good health. You have lots of inspiring people in your life. Plenty of money in the bank. People may see it as though it is luck or chance rather than through your own actions. But whether you are experiencing failure or success, you have actually manifested this into your life on your own. Whatever energy you are putting out is what you are getting back. Whatever you think about, whatever you focus on, is what you will then attract into your life. It is an energetic law of the universe that like attracts like. To become your best self and develop the health and happiness that you want, you need to raise your vibrations. By raising your vibrations, you can then attract everything that you've ever wanted into your life. It is not difficult or complex and you only have to do a few simple activities each day to achieve the results that you are looking for.

Be aware of your thoughts. Gandhi has said:

"Your beliefs become your thoughts,

Your thoughts become your words,

Your words become your actions,

Your actions become your habits,

Your habits become your values,

Your values become your destiny."

Everything you think, feel, or say becomes your reality. Every thought that you think has the potential to influence you. Change your negative thoughts into something positive and then your reality will become positive too. Go for a walk in nature. Appreciate the beauty around you. Be around the animals and the trees. Breathe in the fresh air. Be grateful. Make a gratitude list. Focus on what you are grateful for, rather than what you don't currently have.

Practice acts of kindness. Give to someone, for no reason and without expecting anything in return. Giving puts you in high vibration and makes you feel as though you have more than enough. Being greedy or selfish is a low vibrational act. Being kind will put you in a high vibration, as opposed to gossiping or putting people down. That will lower your vibration.

Be honest. Be honest with yourself and other people. If you are not living in truth, you are vibrating beneath the level of acceptance. It may even mean that you are vibrating at the lower levels such as fear because you have a fear of the truth, you have a fear of accepting reality as it is. Being honest and truthful with yourself and other people will raise your vibration. Drink water. Drink plenty of filtered mineral water. At least 2.5 liters a day. It cleanses your body, improves your focus, and reduces fatigue. Which then helps to raise your vibration. Eat high vibrational foods. Foods that have high vibration energy and nutrients. Foods such as fruits, vegetables, nuts, and seeds. Avoid foods such as meat, poultry, fast food, and anything that is high in sugar. These types of food are of low vibrational energy and have limited or no nutrients and will lower your vibration.


Whether you are walking, running, swimming, going to the gym, or practicing yoga, exercise can relieve stress and boost healthy endorphins. You don't have to sweat. Even small amounts of exercise can raise your vibration. These are my tips to help you to raise your vibration and become your best self.
