6 Things To Give Up To Raise Your Vibration

I'm going to give you 6 things you can give up to raise your vibration. When you let go of these things, your vibration will raise instantly.

1. Labels We tend to take on thoughts and perspectives from other people. But we identify with them as if they're our own. Which is why it is so important to become aware of what we're thinking. Practice neutrality. When you observe your thoughts, you will reach a higher level of consciousness. Labels and definitions are holding us back. We can choose our own thoughts. Whatever labels and defintions you have of yourself or other people, let them go. And then you will stop perpetuating those situations. You will no longer need those labels and definitions. It all starts by observing your thoughts. And choosing your perspective. Because when you do that, you will no longer be attached to it.

2. Being a victim To raise your vibration, you have to learn how to forgive. Because when you forgive, you let go of the guilt and shame. You let go of the idea that something is happening to you. Which is why forgiveness is so powerful. When someone did something to you, in their minds they attempted to explain or justify it somehow. Even though it may not have been appropriate. They did it from their own level of thinking and consciousness. Which is why you may not be able to understand it. But they had to rationalise it somehow from a sense of powerlessness. From one perspective you could see it as though they did something to you. But when you hold on to those emotions, it creates a pattern. It perpetuates your experience, to where you might experience it again with someone else. Because you're holding on to that energy. Whatever you feel, you will attract. You don't have to agree with what they did. You don't have to believe that it was ok. But you have to accept that it happened. When you do that, you can let it go. You can see it from a positive perspective. And then you will instantly raise your vibration.

3. Shallow breathing Give up shallow breathing to raise your vibration. Practice deep breathing. Learn how to draw breath into the lungs. Breathe consciously. Breathe in through the nose and out through the mouth. It will reduce anxiety and levels of stress. It will raise your vibration.

4. Let go of foods that don't serve you

This may be different for everyone. You need to pay attention to how you feel after you eat a certain food. But we should all avoid eating too much foods that are high in sugar. Too much sugar is not good for us. Too much of anything is not good. There should always be a balance. Be aware of your body. And then you will know which foods don't serve you. Food is meant to fuel you. So after you have a meal, you should feel energised. You should feel like you have a lot of energy. If you don't, then that food may not be serving you. I prefer to eat plant-based foods. I find that it increases my energy. I avoid anything that is high in sugar or caffeine. I don't drink alcohol. I only drink juices or protein shakes.

5. Toxic people Let go of toxic people. Jim Rohn, who is a motivational speaker and self-help guru, once said that:

"You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with".

The type of people you interact with influences your level of consciousness and your beliefs and behaviours. When you are around certain people, you are following with their way of thinking. So avoid toxic people. Avoid people who bring you down. Avoid people who constantly make you focus on lower vibrational emotions.

People who make you feel like you're not good enough. Because the more they bring you down, the more you stay stuck at a lower vibrational level. Notice how you feel when you are around certain people. When you do that, you will take your power back. By prioritising your own energy. When you let go of people that bring you down, you will instantly raise your vibration. You will instantly feel better about yourself.

6. Television When you are watching television, you are more open to suggestion. You are more open to the ideas that they are suggesting to you. Because there's a lot of repetition. And repetition fuels belief. So avoid any television shows that don't serve you. You don't have to give up television altogether. But for a lot of people, it takes up hours of their day. So be aware of what you are watching. Pay attention to how it makes you feel. If you're watching horror movies and you see people in pain or distress. You will begin to see that as a normal emotion. You will begin to resonate with it. So be aware of what you are watching on television. And also be aware of the music that you are listening to.

It's easy to raise your vibration when there aren't things that are holding you back Become aware of your thoughts. Let go of those lower emotions. Learn to forgive. Let go of labels and definitions. Become aware of what you are eating. Let go of toxic people. Spend time around people who make you feel good. Avoid watching too much television. And when you do that, you will raise your vibration.
