Don't let them control you. Don't let them influence or direct your behavior and the course of events. Don't let them deprive you of your freedom. You were born to be free. You were born to act or do things as you wish, not to be under the control of another.
Become a free thinker. Begin to reject the traditional accepted opinions and start to think for yourself. Truth should only be formed on the basis of logic, reason and your sensory experiences, rather than authority, tradition or revelation. Begin to think for yourself.
Question everything. Think freely and independently. Then you will no longer be under their control. Then you will no longer be confined to the prison that the narcissist has created for you. Then you will be free.
I am pleased to tell you that i finally, after 2 and a half years of every sort of pain, i served my x narc with a protection order to stay away from me. Its amazing how, overnight my sanity and life took a major turn for the better. i have back my peace and joy again. My health has improved significantly, and all this in just 2 weeks.
