This Is How It Feels To Be With A Covert Narcissist

Covert narcissists are wolves in sheep's clothing. They may appear kind and friendly, but beneath the surface, they are dangerous and malicious. They often pretend to help, but in reality, they are spying on you. Their outward appearance may seem harmless and well-intentioned, but inwardly, they are filled with hatred, deceit, and selfishness.

Covert narcissists seek to gain and maintain power for their own selfish reasons. They exploit relationships solely for personal gain and control, avoiding any actions that might empower others with freedom or truth. Instead, they confine and manipulate, draining their victims of hope, happiness, and even material possessions. This leaves their victims feeling isolated and depleted.

Covert narcissists are masters of manipulation. They mislead their victims, causing them to make poor decisions or engage in behaviours they would not normally consider. They may encourage illegal or immoral actions, enticing their victims into destructive paths. Their goal is to warp, deceive, and corrupt, leading their victims astray for their own benefit.

These individuals will say whatever benefits them, often lying to exploit the innocence or naivety of others. They engage in dishonest schemes, using fraud and deception to gain unfair advantages. Their actions are calculated to rob others of time, money, and resources, leaving their victims feeling used and betrayed.

Being in the presence of a covert narcissist is an emotionally draining experience. Their behaviour is offensive and unpleasant, revealing their true nature as corrupt and unprincipled individuals. They lack genuine emotions, self-awareness, and moral integrity, which makes it impossible for them to form meaningful connections.

Victims often feel traumatised by the chaos and disorder that narcissists bring into their lives. The constant manipulation and deceit create anxiety, upset, and a sense of loss. Over time, victims may lose their sense of self, as their energy and resources are consumed by the narcissist's insatiable need for validation and control.

Covert narcissists are deeply insecure and lack self-awareness. They construct a false persona to mask their inner emptiness and inadequacy. This facade allows them to feel superior, but it is built on lies and deception. They are unable to confront the truth about themselves, as it threatens to expose their vulnerabilities.

Their inability to take responsibility for their actions keeps them stuck in a cycle of manipulation and destruction. They blame others for their failures and refuse to acknowledge their role in the harm they cause. This lack of accountability prevents them from growing or changing.

The best way to protect yourself from a covert narcissist is to maintain distance. These individuals will not inspire growth or positive change in your life. Instead, they will discourage you, drain your energy, and attempt to bring you down to their level. It is essential to prioritise your well-being and avoid engaging with them whenever possible.

Surround yourself with supportive and genuine people who uplift and encourage you. Focus on building a life filled with positivity, self-awareness, and personal growth. Remember, you deserve to be in relationships that are based on mutual respect and trust.
